UK Delivery
We offer 4 methods of delivery for UK items. All items, regardless of which method is chosen, are dispatched in the same way. If the order is placed on a working day before 1:30pm; then the item will be dispatched the same day. If it is placed after 1:30pm or on a weekend then it will be dispatched on the next working day.
Our delivery methods are as follows:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded (3-5 Days*) - £3.95 (Free** for HerStyler and Jose Eber products)
- Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (1-2 Days*) - £4.11
- Courier Next Working Day - £7.64
- Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed - £9.40
Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class recorded
This method provides a limited tracking service. It will only track items that have either been delivered, attempted delivered or returned to sender. The purpose of recorded delivery is to ensure accountability and is it not designed to be a parcel tracking service, if you require tracking; then you should select the courier delivery option.
The Royal Mail only deliver to the house number provided on the address however anyone at that address can sign for it. On rare occasions they have delivered it to neighbours but they have always required a signature.
The value of your item is covered with recorded delivery should it get lost or damaged in transit. The Royal Mail will declare an item lost if it has been over 15 working days since it was sent.
* The Royal Mail does not guarantee 1st and 2nd class delivery times and are used as a guide only.
**Free delivery is valid on Herstyler and Jose Eber products only. Free delivery applies only to UK mainland Second Class Recorded Delivery where the cost of delivery is normally £3.95.
Courier Next Day Delivery
We will dispatch your order on the same day if ordered before 1:30pm automatically for next day delivery. If you call and place the order over the phone and request it, we can usually dispatch up until 3:30pm on the same day however this depends on whether there is enough time for the courier to come and collect.
The courier that we use is Night Freight and their contact number is 01923 265757. You can call us for a tracking number either past 4pm on day of dispatch or any time the following day.
Night Freight deliver between 8pm and 5pm and it is only a guaranteed next working day delivery if you are mainland UK and not in the Scottish Highlands. They do not require a signature if requested. If you have a secure place for it to be left then let us know so that we can inform the driver. We give your contact number to the delivery driver and they will call you if there are any problems.
On Friday, next working day delivery will on the Monday, if you require a Saturday delivery then please select the Saturday guaranteed option.
Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed
Our Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed delivery does exactly what is says on the tin and if you do not receive it on the Saturday that it was guaranteed for then we will refund you the postage cost. It will be delivered between 8am and 2pm.
The order must be placed either online before 1:30pm on the Friday or by phone up to 3:30pm. If the order is placed after these times or for an uncontrollable reason we do not receive the order in time, it will be dispatched on the Monday with next day delivery and we will refund the difference, if this is not what you want then you must inform us.
If no one is in to receive the delivery, then a card will be left and you will need to arrange collection or redelivery yourself. We cannot be held responsible for this.

Terms & Conditions.
A signature is required for all orders that are delivered by the Royal Mail and are also required for our courier service unless an explicit instruction is given as to where it can be left safely. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 5pm, so please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for, such as your place of work, a neighbour, or perhaps a relative. Goods must be in stock.
Orders that contain pre-order products (i.e. not currently in stock) will be shipped as soon as all products are in stock. If you would like your products shipped individually as soon as stock is available, please contact info@1giftsuk.com; a separate P&P charge will apply to each dispatch.
Please also note that during busy seasonal times of year (for example Valentine's Day, Father's Day, and especially at Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details in the unlikely event that you'll need to allow extra time for Delivery.
Mail orders paid for by cheque will be held for 7 days to await clearance.
Sorry, but we are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.
International orders (within the EU) are sent by Royal Mail. They take between 5 and 8 working days to be delivered. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order

We will deliver anywhere but please note that we are not responsible for customs. We will mark your item as a gift with a sub-taxable value however if customs seize your item or request you pay further tax on it then it is not our responsibility.
US Delivery
We charge a flat rate of £17.63 to the USA to ensure that you receive your goods as fast as possible and in perfect condition.
Orders are usually despatched the same working day that we receive them, and delivery takes 5-10 working days.
US orders can be tracked to see if it is still in the UK or is in the US. Please email our despatch department at info@1giftsuk.com giving your order number if you would like your tracking number.
Our system determines your delivery method depending on the weight, size and value of your order.
Currency
All products have a US Dollar price as well and if it is selected then this is the price you pay at checkout and is also the currency taken from you credit/debit card. If you do not change the option the amount will be take in British Pounds.

Please note that exchange rates can fluctuate between time of order and time of despatch, so any calculations made at time of order should be considered estimates. Much as we'd like to, we have no control over such fluctuations and therefore cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in exchange rates between time of order and time of despatch.
US Returns
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is unsuitable; you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. We will not refund postage costs for items returned to us for any other reason than the item being faulty.

How Do I Return An Item?
Simply email us at returns@1giftsuk.com, and one of our Customer Support team will contact you. You must confirm with us before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return.
Please note, in all instances 1giftsuk shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Policy
We will refund your item for any reason within 14 working days of purchase as long as the item is either faulty, damaged or it is in new condition and just unsuitable/unwanted.
All returns must be agreed over the phone or by email before or else they may be returned to you at your cost.
We will only refund the cost of returning the item to us if the item is faulty or damaged. If an item is returned to us within the 14 days because it is unsuitable or unwanted then we will refund the amount paid minus the cost of posting. If you received free delivery then we will refund the amount paid minus what the cost of posting should have been if there was no free delivery.
We offer a 1 year warranty with all electrical goods. If your item stops working within the 1 year period then we will replace it for you. This does not include damage caused to the item by the user and is only for manufacturing faults.
Items returned to us for being faulty will be eligible for up to £3.40 on return postage and no more. This should easily cover second class recorded delivery costs but if it doesn’t then you need to confirm it with us before sending it back.
